Full refunds will be issued, minus a $150 processing fee, if cancellation is received on or before 60 days prior to the Summit start date. If cancellation is received within 30 to 60 days of the Summit start date, a 50% refund will be issued. No refunds are available within 30 days of the Summit start date. Substitutions are allowed without penalty.
Please note: When booking travel, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. Refunds will not be granted for delays or cancellations due to weather, flight delays/cancellations, personal or professional emergencies, or other acts of God or other related events beyond the control of the organization.
