Lean Coaching Summit BY LEAN FRONTIERS
Lean Coaching summit
What is the Lean Coaching Summit?
The annual Lean Coaching Summit is designed for continuous improvement professionals, or anyone in a lean environment, responsible for directing the work of others. The Summit is focused on action, not theory; so, prepare to come, learn, and practice key coaching skills.
Our COVID-19 Response
Summit organizers will take reasonable precautions to keep participants as safe as possible and request that attendees do the same. We will closely monitor and follow local guidelines for holding events and will communicate necessary information to participants. In the event that local guidelines force cancellation of the Summit, your registration fee will be rolled over to the next scheduled Summit.

Lean Coaching Summit AGENDA AT A GLANCE
Not just theory.
Monday, August 2nd - Optional Workshops
Choose from a variety of half and full-day workshops where, under the guidance of a skilled lean coach, you can dive deeply into a topic or skill most important to you. What a great way to kick off your Summit experience!
Tuesday, August 3rd - Summit Day 1
The Summit kicks off with lean pioneer Jamie Flinchbaugh, author of many seminal works on lean thinking, leadership, and coaching, including The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Lean. From there choose sessions from the “Breakout Pods”. Consider finishing your day strong in an optional workshop with Cheryl Jekiel, CEO of the Lean Leadership Center and author of Lean HR.
Wednesday, August 4th - Summit Day 2
Crystal Davis is known by her passion for lean leadership development and will kick off Day 2 with an engaging morning keynote. You’ll then notice the Breakout Pods from Day 1 repeat on Day 2, allowing you to choose a session you could not attend! Finish the day with closing reflections and a guided plan for action.
...and so much more!
Look at the agenda as a framework for your learning. Customize your experience any number of ways. Extend the learning by meeting your peers and Summit presenters over breakfast, coffee, lunch, and evening dinners.
