Today, Lean Frontiers, Inc. announced a new member to the Lean Frontiers Office Coop. Deondra Wardelle will operate her independent consulting firm out of the company’s Indianapolis-based Office Coop. at 8383 Craig Street, Suite 130, Indianapolis, IN.
“We’ve always welcomed those from the improvement community to use our offices when they travel through Indy. To have Deondra’s firm permanently co-located here is a natural extension of this. We couldn’t be more excited to have her!” expressed Dwayne Butcher, Principal of Lean Frontiers.
Since 2005, Lean Frontiers has provided events to the continuous improvement community through large, international summits, regional workshops, and online offerings. The firm carved a niche by providing learning events for those in Accounting, HR, Operations, Product Development, Process Development, and Executive Leadership along with skills-based learning around Toyota Kata, TWI, Lean Coaching, and Lean Leadership.
Wardelle explained her decision, “I’ve collaborated with my friends from Lean Frontiers for the past couple of years. The Lean Frontiers Office Coop provides the ideal environment for me to dream, brainstorm, plan and work; therefore, it seemed to be a natural and logical fit to co-locate my office with theirs.”
According to her website, Wardelle is a leader, organizer, corporate trainer, licensed health coach, problem solver, motivational speaker, and continuous improvement professional. Her focus is coaching, empowering, and developing individuals towards achieving their personal and professional goals. She uniquely uses Continuous Improvement methodologies via Strategic Vision Boards to help people turn dreams into reality.
Butcher went on to explain, “Both organizations share the same mission to spread continuous improvement and scientific thinking. We know great things happen when like-minded people gather. We’ve seen it for years at our Summits and workshops where greater things happen through connection.”
Wardelle, a self-proclaimed “Kata Geek,” often sharing her passion for scientific thinking as expressed through the book Toyota Kata, written by author Mike Rother. She will serve as host, along with Tilo Schwarz, at Lean Frontiers’ 2021 Kata Summit which takes place March 11-12, 2021 on Jekyll Island, GA.
