Please note: Check and P.O. options available up to 3 weeks prior to the summit event. Check payment must be received at least 3 weeks prior to the summit event, otherwise access will not be granted.

Cancellation Policy​

Refunds may be issued, minus a 10% processing fee, if cancellation request is received on or before 10 days prior to the event start date. No refunds are available within 10 days of the event start date. Attendee substitutions are allowed without penalty.

Please note: When booking travel, we strongly advise purchasing travel insurance. Refunds will not be granted for delays or cancellations due to weather, flight delays/cancellations, personal or professional emergencies, or other acts of God or other related events beyond the control of the organization.
