David Veech, Author & Lean Leadership Thought Leader
In a world of rapidly changing circumstances where clarity is absent and consequences of failure are high, the only sustainable competitive advantage an organization has is its people. Their ability to sense, understand, and solve problems or see, plan, and seize opportunities quicker than their competitors has to be built from within.
In this workshop, we will deliberately lay out a simple and highly effective way to improve analytic rigor, increase employee engagement, and accelerate better solutions to problems in your organization without sacrificing productivity or quality.
Objective: Speed up problem solving in organizations
Participants will receive digital copies of David Veech’s book The C4 Process: Four vital steps to better work, along with digital masters of his C4 card and C4 worksheet (A3), and a set of standardized work worksheets to aid in the analysis of work-related problems.
Please bring with you to the workshop a set of real problems you have not yet solved in your organization. We will use several of these in interactive small-group sessions via Zoom breakout rooms.
