The annual Lean Coaching Summit is designed for continuous improvement professionals, or anyone in a lean environment, responsible for directing the work of others. The Summit is focused on action, not theory; so, prepare to come, learn, and practice key coaching skills.
Our 2022 Theme: Have a Coach, Be a Coach
The Summit kicks off with a motivating and inspiring keynote. From there choose sessions from the “Breakout Pods”. Consider finishing your day strong in an optional “after-hours” workshop.
Kick off Day 2 with an engaging morning keynote. You’ll then notice the Breakout Pods from Day 1 repeat on Day 2, allowing you to choose a session you could not attend! Finish the day with closing reflections and a guided plan for action.
Choose from a variety of half and full-day workshops where, under the guidance of a skilled lean coach, you can dive deeply into a topic or skill most important to you. What a great way to kick off your Summit experience!
Look at the agenda as a framework for your learning. Customize your experience any number of ways. Extend the learning by meeting your peers and Summit presenters over breakfast, coffee, lunch, and evening dinners.
