About the Facilitator:
Thomas has over 30 years of experience in a range of industries including fisheries management with NMFS in Alaska, packaging development roles with Kraft/General Foods and Sara Lee, project management and new product development roles with Tetra Pak, and global leadership roles in quality and operational excellence with companies specializing in material processing and converting. Thomas is a Certified TWI Trainer in both JI and JR and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. He is presently leading the global deployment of TWI Job Instruction at Tekni-Plex, Inc.
