Crystal’s 20 plus year lean career spans over a number of business functions, industries and disciplines in manufacturing and supply chain: automotive, consumer-packaged goods (beverage), medical devices, strategy deployment, and training, facilitation, coaching and speaking.
Crystal developed her lean acumen while working at Delphi Automotive Systems where she was recognized as a Lean Supplier Development Engineer of the Year. However, her lean business acumen knowledge flourished in her leadership roles during her tenue at Coca-Cola Refreshment and Thermo Fisher Scientific where she led large scale business unit and division lean strategies focused on growth, productivity and people development strategies.
Crystal led to teams to win Industry Week’s Best Plant Award and to share their body of work at the LEI Transformation Summit.
